I am Kulveer Virk, experienced project manager with Compuware Corp. and certified PMP and ITIL Foundation. I work in information Technology in Detroit, Michigan, USA. I have masters degree in engineering and post graduate diploma.
Presently consulting at one of major automotive company and serving as Vice President Communication in PMI Great Lakes Chapter (www.pmiglc.org) Board of Directors. I have over 14 years of IT experience from writing code to managing large teams.
I want to offers useful information on management, perspective on leadership from my view point and motivation through my blog. I believe in keep learning and sharing knowledge/thoughts on leadership, personal development, project management and I.T.
I enjoy listening/reading books, playing with my children, tennis, mentoring, interacting with friends and staying up-to-date with what’s happening in Canada (my country), USA (my land of KARMA – where I work), India (where I grew up) and around the other parts of the world.

Hi Kulveer, I like your quote at the top about ‘how and why’. I was listening to ‘The Secret’ audiobook yesterday and they said that getting hung up on the ‘how’ is where most people fail to achieve their goals/dreams. Good luck with your goals/dreams.
