About Kulveer Virk

Dear Visitor,

Thank you for your interest and stopping by at this blog.

I write on management and leadership, because I believe both go hand in hand, although ratio of mix might be different in each case with every individual.  If leaders can not manage what they lead and if manager can not lead the initiatives they intend to manage; outcome will not be good.  We all have unique perspectives therefore we lead and manage as per the need.

  16. Hi Kulveer, I like your quote at the top about ‘how and why’. I was listening to ‘The Secret’ audiobook yesterday and they said that getting hung up on the ‘how’ is where most people fail to achieve their goals/dreams. Good luck with your goals/dreams.
